Egg in the Basket sandwich

What you need:
2 eggs
2 pieces of bread
Butter
Slice of cheese






It's pretty easy, just add loads of butter and flip it a couple of times.

  43. How do you flip the sandwich without the egg on top falling out? I've tried to make it a couple times, but that's where I'm always lost. I flip it over and the egg on the top falls out and messes up the entire thing.

    3 pieces of bread. cheese on one, egg in the basket in the middle and cheese on the other.

    so like... bread - cheese - bread and egg - cheese - bread.
